Note: The message is twelve letters , it is suggested that members use abbreviations:

"subs" for anything from Ken Shelton .

"caro" for supplies of Carophyll Red.

"ring" for supplies of closed or split rings.

By using these abbreviations we will know which officer to notify that funds have arrived thus enabling delivery to be expediated.

Someone requiring to pay for all three would use :- "subscaroring" as the message.
